Smile Protection Plan
(aka retainer insurance)

Wearing a retainer for the rest of your life is the most effective way to maintain your beautiful smile.

We know that life happens; retainers often get lost, left at a restaurant, thrown away, chewed by the dog, or stepped on.

All CFO patients are provided with a set of clear retainers (top and bottom) at the completion of their treatment. If those retainers are lost or broken, the full cost of replacement is $500 for the set. We offer the Smile Protection Plan (SPP) to provide an affordable, flexible replacement option if your original retainers are lost or damaged.

What's Included:

• Free backup set of clear retainers initially  
• 4 sets of clear retainers per year for 5 years
  • (3 years for Phase I patients)
• Peace of mind knowing that if you lose your retainers you can easily get another set

SPP Cost: $850 to join, with a $29 copay per retainer at time of replacement
($650 for Phase I patients, $29 copay per retainer)
